My project for course: Experimental Techniques for Picturebooks

Here is my Dummy Book.
The recommendations from Catarina were the following:
1. Make eye contact between man and dog more obvious
2. Move man away from spine of book
3. Change the Title Page image to have a white background
4. Change double spread to 2 single pages to enhance the drama
5. Hints for how to change the colour scheme if I wanted to. I played around with different colours, but ended up liking this first version

I also changed the Book Title, because nobody that I showed it to seemed to notice the man. It was called 'Walking the Dog'.

Thank you very much for an absolutely wonderful course, Catarina. I really enjoyed it, and learnt so much. And I had so much fun showing my book to different people, and asking them to interpret it. So fascinating what each person saw in it.
