Hi
I really like the shape of the hand. Since it is not realistic, you have your own style and I value that very much. The same happens with the girl lying on the hand. It has its own characteristics that denote your drawing experience. I also like that the line does not exist but rather that it is the tones that define the shape. It's also a nice concept, although I don't know if it has suddenly been used several times by other artists. (I do not mean that you have copied it, but it is a concept that has been discussed several times)
I have a little problem with the tones and it is that they are very similar. The hand and the girl have almost the same shade of gray and this makes them look a bit flat and even get confused in certain parts. Perhaps using a softer shade on one of the two elements would make the other stand out more and create a better three-dimensional feel.
On the other hand I see that you handle the white space and I see that you do it well. But, have you tried to make images where you involve a background? I mention it no more in case you dare to the challenge. You will see that it is more difficult because there would be a greater amount of gray that would have to be fixed. Just as a management. I like the work you did on the Tousled Girl.
Thank you for participating in the course and I hope it has served you a lot.
@rhinunez I will take into account all your advice, I will try to incorporate more gray tones and make backgrounds in my next drawings, it will be a challenge for me because I still do not dare to leave my comfort zone. Thanks a lot! and I loved the course, their work inspires a lot :)
