Hello!
sorry for all the time between you posted your work and my response. I missed answering you and today, doing a review of different Domestika issues, I have seen the publication of your work.
I hope that, although all this time has passed, my comments will help you.
I think you did a very good job. Starting with the conceptualization, which is very detailed and organized, well structured. You do a good analysis of the identity elements of the brand (attributes, benefits, values) and correctly transfer them to the definition of creative axes. I see well the different conceptual routes that you work, except that of hedonism, which I do not see aligned with the values that you have identified. And not too much with the archetypes that denote the personality (the hero and the leader).
There are a couple of names that I would not include on the list (MVP Scouts and BKS head hunters) because the abbreviations lack evocations and are very non-distinctive. The rest of the names seem very appropriate to the development of the proposed creative axes.
Lastly, you make a final recommendation on the name Alerion. It would be nice if you included an argument for this name, including its evocations and meanings. The sound is very corporate and serious, solvent, but the meaning is somewhat cryptic (I don't know if it derives from the Latin "alere", to feed, nurture, or from some other word with another meaning). You have also made what looks like a logo proposal (you have accompanied the name of a symbol and given it a typographic and color treatment), which are already aspects that go beyond what the naming work requires.
Bravo for your work!
