These gifs in particular are made: in Illustrator each one of the frames (the illustrations), and armed with the Photoshop Timeline (you can find it in the View menu of your software).
There are tons of ways to make animated gifs, even animate. Always under the concept of a sequence of images that reproduces and recreates movement.
Right here in Domestika you can find animation courses of all kinds, and even one on Design of Animated Stickers for social networks (from Sociedad Fantasma) that uses the Photoshop timeline to make its animations.
As you will see, it is the subject for a whole course!

Hello, I would like to know how they make gifs, it would be very helpful to know because I am quite interested in animation and drawing.
