I love seeing all these pages! They make me want to create! I think you've done such a good job. The experimentations with materials, colours and marks look great and your final image is very good. It would be really nice to see it in a little story, maybe 3 images? Is she looking in the mirror or is it a painting? It would be nice to add an animal maybe, to add a bit more narrative? Do you know the illustration in ''on a magical do nothing day'' by Beatrice alemagna where towards the end the child looks in the mirror and sees his father? your drawing reminds me a bit of that. Here's a video of the book, the drawing I'm talking about is in minute 8.09:
@sarahvandongenillustration Thank you very much for your comments, you are very kind. Beatrice Allemagna is one of my references and I have that book at home, it is one of my favorites, I will see it again! When I made my image what I had in mind was a painting but when I finished it I thought it could work as a mirror too :) Thank you very much for your suggestions, I will take them into account and keep practicing, creating a narrative sounds very good, thank you! 🙏
