The course is great and it deserves a better approach then just a rough draft in my sketchbook, so my apologies for that, but for a working single mum, free time is a luxury.
I can see you are right - a whole lot is getting clearer after repeated passage. In retrospect, I would organise things better (the flowers, I don't like them - the big one is too big, the smaller ones are too chaotic).

@olga_kissner now that you mention it, I agree. First I thought I'd make the angel just a bit smaller, so that the figure can "breathe" in the composition. But a smaller flower on the left would have solved the problem the same way, without having to make the figure smaller. Look, analysing finished work is probably even more important than getting it right the first time (which is always pure chance). Regrets make us smarter every little time -that I know for sure😎
