My project for course: Wooden Automata: Bring Sculptures to Life with Movement

This was a great course! Every step was clearly described and shown. I decided to only use wood stain and linseed oil; no paint (except for the bird’s eyes). Most of the wood is from scraps of oak I already had. I have never carved anything from wood, so the boat and bird were the most difficult. However, he explained how to make them so well, that I had no problems. Thanks for such a great course.
