Very good the use of colors and the atmospheric perspective!
Thank you for including the entire process!
Regarding the line, in step 1 to step 2 in which you re-marked the foreground lines: I think these lines should be done only once and not twice (a stronger line and not 2 lines on top of each other, for so they lose their freshness). Although I understand and think very well that the lines in the foreground are more marked. In addition there should be a small variation of lines that also try to define for example "the weight" of each material (a corner of a wall "weighs" more than a lamp or an electrical cable, for example).
You only distinguished between the foreground and the background (an intermediate plane is missing).
I don't understand why you designed windows in the building at the end of the street, on the right, if they don't exist?
I also do not understand why you designed a lamp different from the one in the photo, although it is not important for the overall quality of the design, which is excellent!
I would have designed the electrical cables in more detail, because they are important to characterize the "atmosphere", but it is a personal option. So, like the texture of the bricks on the right (you changed the scale of the bricks).
It would also give more contrast in the darker areas (on the right, in the foreground, for example)
I don't understand why you use the tape and don't take advantage of it? (Especially on the right, why don't you use the marker until you cross the ribbon?)
I think Photoshop helped to add more contrast.
In conclusion, although I think you can improve your line a little, the design is excellent! It is a pleasure and an honor to have your drawing as the first "project" of the course and to have students like you!
I hope you enjoyed the course, learned something and thank you very much!
@yolahugo_ Hello Hugo
Thank you for your critical and honest feedback!
Allow me two comments:
I drew the windows of the building in the background because the facade seemed a bit boring to me. I see this as "artistic freedom".
The two lines were created on top of each other because I usually work in such a way that I sketch in pencil and then draw the last line with the fine liner. This time I didn't do it that way.
It would be my pleasure and honor if you would use my name on Instagram (#hpstz).
