Your course project is good, thanks for sharing it!
Well achieved the lighting in the pen, I like how you took advantage of the Rim light or edge light here, I also liked the effect you achieve with the pyramids in the background. 👍
I tell you some details and opinions that I want to share with you.
1. I think you can lower the intensity by using chromatic aberration, I know that it is an effect that is nice to use but there are cases where objects lose definition due to the offset of RGB channels, especially when you apply it on texts since this makes reading difficult. Use it sparingly remember that this is an aberration in the camera lens and not a constant that looks so stark.
2. By way of animation direction and opinion in general, I think that you can solve this type of piece with fewer instances and with more contemplative moments, a piece where the camera is not so violent and there are so many changes, I think it adapts better to the concept of Program. For example, the scene marks the stroke with the pen under the isologo, it turned out very well and a resource that you can exploit more. Another resource that you can get more out of is to play by moving the lights on the isologo since it has a metallic material and this produces interesting effects on how the light is spread on the object.
3. The reading times, I think you can have more reading time, at first when the pen comes to the camera something happens after it that you do not understand what it is, this logo that we see here may have more reading time and so on understand what it is and not that it feels like some mistake that happened very quickly out there.
4. Take care of the resolution in the curves, it is important that when you use the curves in cinema 4D you add resolution since when you generate the geometry using the sweep they end up with low resolution, I speak of the yellow line (sec 25).
I hope my feedback is useful to you in this or your next projects.
