The project is very interesting. I like that you took the time to present it with an animation, it brings it down much more to the idea.
In general what I see is that it is necessary to unify ideas. You have many competing decisions right now. For example:
You have text in English and Spanish, I would choose a language (it seems that the site is in Spanish) and I would make sure that even the texts in the photos like “fight” written on the girl's arm are all in Spanish. And in any case I would make an English version if necessary.
Also the images are very different from each other. Some are on the street, others are in the studio, others are illustrations with an oil style, there are flat icons. I would try to unify those decisions. Basically it would be to choose a photo style and always use the same one, an illustration or icon style and always use the same.
Unifying decisions will give you more consistency and will make the design more predictable. And predictability is a mark of good design. In nature, predictability plays a key role. The sun, for example, always rises in the morning and falls at night. The seasons are always fall, winter, spring, and summer, in that order. There is a lot of repetition in nature, and that creates a safe environment in which we can prepare to live. The same thing happens in the designs, it is necessary to repeat a lot to make decisions clearer.
And finally, I would like you to tell me a little about the project, what the project is about and what the objective of the landing is, and how each aesthetic decision is related to the objective. That is the most important :)
