I think that the texture you have chosen for the clouds is not very suitable with the portrait you have, it is a bit difficult to join both and make it look good. You could try to touch the contrast of both parts and try to equalize it, but in the same way I think that with the harsh light you have in the portrait it will be difficult. You could even remove the textures on the left and leave a blank space that would be much more interesting. Or play with different ones, that are softer (with less detail) so that they do not take away so much attention from what interests us, which is the portrait.
