Finished stoolI used Heide's plans - but made it a little higher so I could sit on it. First time working with mortises and tenons!It's a lot easier to bang in the nails when you're building the stool yourselfReady for weaving! (This was before glue up - so no nails in yet)The spool was pretty easy to make - and definitely makes it easierThis was probably the moment I realised it was going to look good!Can't wait to make another one.

@marinaorioli Thank you! I bought 200m of cord, and I have a lot left over. This was the one that I got: https://www.leevalley.com/en-ca/shop/tools/supplies/project-materials/112231-unlaced-danish-cord?item=36K0401 - this was my first time weaving with paper cord and it seemed lovely.
