Thank you for this course, Ruth, it was fun and very instructive! You are a great teacher a and I learned a lot so I will most likely buy your book! I especially appreciated your methodical 3-layer planning which I will apply to other projects. For this final project I did several paintings, and feel rather content, even if I would like to practise more.

I'm so happy that you found the 3-layer planning useful- I use this method often and find it so helpful in creating a stress-free painting experience. Your paintings show a variety of really nice gouache techniques, and I would specifically like to compliment your starry night sky with the owl silhouette- this has such a fairy tale feel to it- like an illustration from a book... it leaves me wanting to know more!
