  Very cool job I love your warm tones and I love the contrast that the birds and floral elements add to the piece. I think if the birds and flowers were slightly less “warm” it could really pop and create nice contrast but that’s just a preference. Overall this is a nice job. I think some of the values could be grouped. So in other words the highlights on the garment, the hair and some other areas could be simplified a little bit. We don’t necessarily have to render every strand or wrinkly to make something feel realistic but that comes with time. I would say to practice more by painting from observation and then also continue to paint sphere studies of various types of textures and surfaces. This will help you sharpen materials but also can help you practice how to group your values (lights and darks). Overall I think you’re doing a good job just keep pressing in and keep growing.
