It was very fun and interesting to carry out this project. I have not experimented with indigo or chaff yet but I have already purchased the materials to do so. The next project will be the Shibori course.
A question for the instructor. I dyed a 100% cotton t-shirt with purple cabbage and it was a beautiful lavender color, however, when I washed it it turned blue. What was missing? or what was left over?
@lourdes_san purple cabbage is pH reactive, and it is not a very stable dye, it could be your soap or your water, if you want to preserve its color it is best to use neutral soap and wash with purified water

Hi!
I loved all the swatches you made and all the colors you got, great job.
I'm very glad that you had fun and that you learned.
Xocoyo5 is right, purple cabbage has anthocyanins, making it sensitive to pH, when you use a slightly more aggressive soap it can change color, I recommend that you avoid using direct soap, always dilute it in water and if you can use purified water to wash it.

@anabeltorres thank you very much for your comment. For Christmas I will give away several silk scarves dyed with natural dyes.
