This course was an easy pick; I love drawing animals, I love combining collage with drawing, and I think Jenny Rae's work is amazing. I completed her course in December 2021 and have occasionally been working in this style since then (and yes, I'm a bit behind with posting projects).
Just before starting this course, the local zoo had sent me an Advent calendar. Somehow it made sense for me to draw a "surprise" animal each day for the 24 day period, while progressing through the course. In this project, I show them all.
For those interested in the course: please note that Jenny Rae also teaches you to create beautiful compositions with your open sketchbook for posting on social media. I did enjoy experimenting with this, but do not have those photo's on the computer I'm posting this from.
