The Fallen Giant

Travelling across the barren landscape, a small group of soldiers stumble upon one of the fallen ancients, a pile of bones of what remains of the old times. The leftovers of an ancient war that spanned across the entire planet pushing it to the brink of annihilation. nothing grows around here anymore except for some stubborn weeds and the ever building hunger.

This was a fun one to make! making the scene itself was pretty straight foreword, created the landscape and then added in the skeleton and soldiers and added the details around them like the arrows, bushes/rocks, etc.

The shader itself is using the Hatching technique I show in the bonus section of the course. but then I brought it into Photoshop to add on all the painterly textures! I dont really have any tutorial for doing that but hopefully will have something in the future!
