Cuerpo Etéreo

This is an ongoing project that started around 2009 at Cercle Artistic S. Lluc in Barcelona. It's an impressive body of work in which I try to capture the essence of human form working with live models.

working with models on short poses allows me to lose control and let the medium free to work. I play with water feeling the moment in time and time alone can work it's magic, I disappear behind the aura of the model and the space that surrounds us.

In these first examples of the series I work on the contrasts between line and wash in order to create an area of focus within the composition, the white of the paper also enters in most parts of the composition creating a strong final result.
