I’m glad you found this helpful. Another tip that has helped me a lot is learning to let go of control over the things I can’t change. It’s easy to get frustrated when you’re trying to control every detail, but sometimes life just doesn’t go as planned. In those moments, instead of resisting it, I try to accept what’s out of my control and focus on what I can do. Also, self-care is key. Taking time to do things that make you feel good, like listening to music, going for a walk, or just unwinding, can recharge your energy and help you see things more clearly. If at any point you feel like you need to distract yourself or relax, even games can be a good option to clear your mind.
