Responsible for protecting the integrity of Google by investigating questionable business practices and misuse of Google products. Deploying cross-functional technical solutions and custom-built analytic tools to improve product quality. Also acted as AdWords Policy Enforcement Market coordinator for the German market (3 reports) and improved machine learning systems for AdWords policy enforcement in the German market (increase of automation rates by 200%).

Evangelizing design thinking and the Google Innovation framework (used in Google[x]) internally and for key C-level strategic partners) to develop innovative products and transform procedures and best practices as a member of the global Innovation Evangelist team. Delivered more than 30 workshops and supported several teams and partners in developing and implementing innovation strategies as lead innovation consultant.
