BETTY + BETTY analysed Cassini Consulting's employer profile in the public sector and, based on the central results, designed a comprehensive recruiting approach. With an integrated communication concept and a clear brand story, we support employer branding along the candidate journey.
EMPLOYER BRANDING—STORYTELLING
Digitise analogue public authorities and make a positive contribution to society. With the overarching slogan "FOR A BETA WORLD", we combine the two central motives of public consulting and thus create a content framework to communicate the complete range of exciting projects and topics in the public sector. We support the storytelling on a visual level in a striking and eye catching way by using a picture system with individually developed icons, in order to use the individual topics as core elements of the associated recruiting campaign.
DIGITAL DESIGN—MICROSITE
Like a good magazine. Airy, modern and with lots of white space, we stage the individual stories of public consulting on the microsite. Within the three categories of projects, stories and thoughts, statements, project insights and current discussion topics provide a varied and authentic view of the work as a consultant at Cassini. In this way, we strengthen the perception of the employer brand and create further identification points within the framework of the candidate journey by taking a look behind the scenes.
