Freehand ankle filler

For small gaps like this one I like to draw on my designs freehand. Freehand means I am not using a prepared design and a stencil but markers instead. I draw directly on the skin starting with a very rough sketch in a light color like yellow. Then I add my next more precise layers with darker markers. In this example I’m going from yellow to orange to red.
