@andrescalderonphoto Hello teacher! I really liked your course, I learned a lot without having much prior knowledge of photography. He was very clear in his explanations and giving very useful advice in practice. I would like your feedback on my final project. Greetings from Mexico!
@mafercruzg Hi Mafer, it's a pleasure to see the result and read about your course project.
Great job, even more so if you have no prior knowledge. I am very happy that the course has met your expectations. To be able to provide you with the technique regarding your result:
i. Take care of the black levels in your photos, you see a constant that in the histogram you raised the black level. It gives it a slightly vintage look, if that's the purpose it's perfect, otherwise it loses a bit of contrast. ii. I have been able to see that you use the lasso tool, or the pen, to mask, however in the penultimate photo, having the edge out of focus and very similar to the background, the finish has been unfinished. ii. When you work the same product and export final products, check the color temperature very well. You can see in the shoes that one of them has a green tone. You can check it better when you are developing, but in photoshop you can modify it with Curves or Hue saturation.
@andrescalderonphoto Hello teacher! Thanks for your feedback, it helped me to realize improvements that could be made to the photos. I redo the project taking into consideration your comments, I hope you have improved the presentation of the images. I would like to receive feedback on the project. A greeting!
@mafercruzg Hello !!! I congratulate you for the interest you devoted to the comments I made to contribute to your process. The truth is that the result has been very favorable and you applied the indications judiciously. I am very happy to have students like you :)
One last tip. When using the pen and right-clicking convert to path, you can experiment with the amount of feather to try to distort depth of field and blur in the photo. You can also do it with the blur tool, which looks like a drop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpU5vg2fvOM
Thank you again for sharing your process with us !!!
All good things and a big hug from Bogotá, Colombia.
