Two of my images are in watercolor because I am more comfortable in that medium. I tried my best to make the perspective be wonky, but I only succeeded enough for it to look like I might not have been able to do it right! But that's OK - I'm still learning!
I tried the church a second time after watching your videos again and tried to distort the perspective a lot more and to make the lines first in pencil then in pen, more like "writing" than drawing. It was very different working with the markers.
You have tremendous skill at making wonky perspective - I just don't have an eye for that - don't know how to do it - but I'll keep trying.
I also don't have as much imagination as you do to shift colors and add details, etc. I generally do realism and have had difficulties shifting away from that - thus the reason I was drawn to your course.
If you have any suggestions as to how to veer away from realism more and how to think about creating different perspectives, I'd love to learn that. Thanks!
I enjoyed the course and seeing your work. See you on IG!

Docent PlusHi! Unfortunately this section of the forum does not allow for adding pictures. If you place your color sketch in the lessons section (color your sketch) I can send you a small sketch I have done... Maybe I can explain there...
