Fruit Series

I love the idea of taking something very simple / minimal and seeing how far I can push it. Here I wanted to focus on fruits (derived from each fruit emoji) and have them behave in a surreal and fantastical way. I got 3D models of each fruit and set up realistic looking materials and rendered them on a plain colored background. Then I proceeded to distort or deform them with some kind of effect. The final result was a full series of most of the various fruit emojis rendered realistically!
