I really see that you captured the intention of the course very well, which is to be able to communicate the personality of a place through the details, taking responsibility from the logo.
If you want to do even better, my only feedback would be on the logo. I consider that the typeface is very thin compared to the "A" so the word loses a bit of force. If you look at the menu application, the word "MENU" has much more impact than the logo itself. So here are several possible solutions:
1. Balance the thickness of the letter A, using a less thick typeface ... try a Regular, for example (leaving the most in bold).
2. Remove the resource from the largest initial, making everything the same.
3. (The easiest) - Never use the logo next to a bold word that is the same size, as in the case of the Menu, so your logo does not lose strength ... In this case: remove the logos from the menu.
