Very beautiful work Julia! Congratulations!
I love the sequence, it has a lot of personality and a very attractive atmosphere. Very interesting.
And although you were changing the way of representing, in the first illus there is a representation with volume and in the other two it is very flat and graphic. The second is geometric and the third more plastic, and yet all three are well integrated.
It makes me want to see more. I hope you continue with the project, it could easily be the beginning of a book.
Thank you very much for joining the course and sharing your work, I hope you enjoyed it.
A hug!
@estrellita_caracol Thank you, it was a lot of fun! I would like to continue. I understand what you mean by the changed representation, it bothers me a little personally, but I also noticed what works for me and what doesn't :-) The first representation shows the town of Werdenberg, where I live very close, personally it was difficult for me to find a way between reality and still make it a bit abstract.
For me, a big question is how do I get stories / topics. I would very much like to continue, but I am quite unimaginative. Maybe others feel the same way? How do you get there Lovely wishes

There are several resources and triggers to get ideas or stories: a possible resource is the one we use in the course to get the sequence, and without looking for it you already have the basis for a possible story. There is a place, a setting, characters. One way to continue may be to ask yourself questions about the character (s). What happens to that dragon? What is the conflict? Why is he locked in that castle? Or does he live there? the neighbors? What other character can interact? And so the story arises. Then completing it and resolving that conflict takes a while but the subject and the basis is already there.
PS: Yes, of course, almost all of us feel the same, for me the script or the story is the most complex part of the book, but also what I like to do the most.
