My project in Introduction to Portraits with India Ink and Nibs course - Pina Bausch portrait

This is my view over choreographist Pina Bausch, one of the greatest in her field. She had an appearance very appealing to me: she was thin and had a fragile allure, but she created a work with such power and beauty, it's a marvel. Dance and physical expression was everything to her. She said: "dance, dance, otherwise we are lost". With this portrait, based on a photo taken in NYC, I want to express this mix of power and fragility. :-) Thanks for the course! <3
