Fantastic @lolasalinas ! Just seeing her has caught me.
The way the model is illuminated I like it a lot, I find it very elegant. It fits perfectly into the environment creating one of those atmospheres that attracts me so much. The black of her dress, the texture of the palm trees (what a texture!) And the lost reds of the ground do the rest.
Nothing to comment on the use of the technique, clean and uncut. The framing works perfect and as I said before, the atmosphere that the image breathes in general I love.
If I had to suggest something to you (and more for personal taste), I would tell you that it would still be good to raise the fill light a little bit in the shadows of some area. Nothing, just a little bit so that the blacks do not gobble up the soil / palm textures and lower the red values in the area where the model steps so that they do not appear (perhaps) somewhat forced. But I tell you, I look at it and think "bah, but it's great." So I can only congratulate you on your image.
It goes without saying that if you dare with new examples I will be delighted to see them! :)
Wow, I didn't expect this message !!! Thank you very much Ibai, what an illusion you comment :)
The story of the photo is that I was so high with the course when I started it that I put on the dress and went down to the park next to the house to try the technique (there like crazy). The one who lit up was my boy. I retouched it without having seen the retouching part, so it's not heavily zoned. Sometimes I see it and I think like you: maybe a little dark and it loses some texture, I think the clamp with the red went a little ... Then I look at it again and then I like how it is haha, so I leave as is and we will improve the following.
I will do more, something more elaborate than this crazy Sunday afternoon and of course, I will love to show them to you and get your honest opinion.
