I think I would have put the whale heads on the top instead of the bottom. I would also put the "EL" at the same size as the rest and finally I think I would dispense with the splash above and the diamond. I see a little over-the-top references competing to stand out and distracting at too many points.
Keeping it simpler, I think it would gain more strength. Cheers!
