Childrensbook - Emma

"Emma - Ohne dich wär die Welt nur halb so schön" by Heidi Leenen is a German childrensbook that is really close to my heart. The reason I like it so much is easily explained: Not only is the text very wholesome, there is also classical music included that was specifically composed for this book. Text, music and illustration create a unit that is more than the sum of its parts and manage to really draw the reader into the world of the little snail Emma. Aditionally, I did the Illustration together with my lovely friend Lisa Hänsch wich was a treat in itself.
