It's a nice arrangement, and will work well with the upcoming season.
What clay did you use? Did you use veiner for the leaf or did you free-hand the texture?
Because the background of your arrangement came out similar to the red in your plant, you can try removing the background and placing your image on black or a white background...you might like it better that way or at least that's the sort of thing I normally do, I like to play with different backgrounds, the results often surprise me.
To do that, open your picture and go to 'tools-remove background' on the drop down menu or something similar on your desktop.
Also, there's one thing I'm not sure I mentioned on the course... sometimes if you want a larger plant while using the same cutters for the petals, you can make them bigger by really thinning out, spreading the edge of each petal outwards, before drying / assembly. You can try it with your next plant.
I like your detail on Poinsettia, the berries... they can look pretty good simplified too, but on the table top arrangement extra detail can be really atmospheric as in your case.
