I had so much fun watching your process up close, Eleanor! I moved to the Midwest from Seattle and I love your work! Reminds me of life in WA and i miss it so much! This was such a great class! Thank you for sharing!!

I'm really a fan of how you handled the right side with the trees - it's really different, and I like how the abstract shape is so bold. The buildings in there help show that it's still urban, but they recede against the other foreground elements.
Super nice black areas in the frontal building, those really pop. The blue details in the street help connect to the blue church too.
The bicycle silhouette feels a bit unfinished and maybe too large in proportion, but it's a fun detail nonetheless. The car placement is very successful -- it's not distracting because the gray is less contrasty, but helps the scene feel alive! Of course there will be traffic in the middle of San Francisco!
