My project for course: Animated Illustration in Procreate: Tell a Story with Movement

Hello!
Here you can see the process I undergo for this process :) I’ll try to organise my thought and explain what I did here. I apologise if I’m not very clear and if my English gets a bit funny, but it’s not my native language and I do struggle sometimes. That said, here I go:

I first tried to familiarise myself with the medium by animating something. I followed the teacher’s steps and input. I’ve still a lot to learn, but considering this was my first attempt, I’m positive I could get better! 💪

As the professor instructed, I started to brainstorm and put down my thought. I initially thought to produce an animation for each theme, but I thought I was pushing myself too much: I want to work on some personal animations too!

I also pondered what I could animate with the little practice I have so far, and I chose to produce 2 gifs: one about social media and fake news, the other is about global warming and how climate change deniers ignore what is happening to the planet.

And this is the final result!
