I usually draw from photos and find myself focusing on accuracy although I would prefer a more illustrative approach. With this course I tried to develop my own compositions, experiment more and enjoy the process. I feel I still haven’t found the right balance but I am hoping this will come in time. In the meantime I wanted to share some of my experiments, maybe get some feedback :)

Profesor PlusMara, these are gorgeous pieces of work. You have achieved a great deal of movement and expression without overworking any of these drawings. Your goose compositions are really strong, I love how you have positioned them on the page and the variety of scale. The collie makes great use of tonal contrast and the eraser to create texture. Brilliant, well done indeed.
