Thank you for sharing your project and showing us your creative process.
I hope it's okay with you if my answer is in English. I would love to do it in German but I'm afraid I can't.
I think I have understood your information correctly, if not, please correct me.
Regarding your "what if"...
Someone could “sell” their fear
(I really like this one).
A pen would bring the solution to a conflict.
Someone would contact its author.
I love those three points and I think all of them can be used to create an interesting story.
Regarding your character: I really like him and all his layers of interest. Congratulations because I think you remind me of Michael Ende. About the conflict and the solution, here again I see the connection with Ende and the best fantastic literature. This is just a compliment, actually, I think it could work really well.
Theme:
Freedom, self-control, self-determination:
Let me ask you one thing: which one do you prefer? I mean: if you had to pick just one. What would be your choice?
And finally, the first sentence is powerful and captures the reader's interest from the beginning. I am very happy with your first lines because I find them very interesting. I want to read more for sure.
What's your character's name? I would love to know more about him/her: name, age, whatever you can tell us about your creation.
Thank you very much, Isabelle, for your beautiful project and for sharing your great ideas.
Hello Jorge,
Thank you for your message! Yes, you can write English or Spanish - everything is automatically translated ;-)
But I also speak Spanish.
Yes, I really like stories with a lot of fantasy. So I was probably inspired by Michael Ende...
If I had to choose between freedom, control or self-determination: Self-determination is the most important thing to me.
The character's name is Mateo or Joshua or Nico - let's see which name he likes better - you know: the characters are evolving and I'll know any moment what the real name is... I think he's about 30 years old and lives in a small town.
At the moment I have other projects but I'm sure this story will grow one day.
Thank you for your support and the course, which is very interesting and I really enjoyed it!
@i5s4a3b2e1l0l , thank you very much for your answers.
It seems like you have a very clear idea of where the story is going and that's great. And I like that you have also decided that the most important issue for you is self-determination. We already have the spotlight that will guide much of the story.
I hope you have made more progress with your text.
