I'd love to see more about the character in this illustration -maybe they are even wearing something rainbow because they love rainbows or maybe they are wearing a rain coat because it has rained and it's the first rainbow in a long time. Is that their boat? Their house? Are there any ways you could draw to show it?
Don't be afraid to make your own grass instead of a premade brush as I really like the simplified sea and sand here and I think you could make a grass that works well with that!
