I think you did a great job with the background, and the lighting is bold and confident. If I were you I would just adjust the lighting on the foreground character. As it's coming from left to right, the shadow should extend off to the right much further. There should also be some more shadow on the foreground characters legs, on the right side, to be consistent with the shadows on the building :)
