Beautiful project. The vagueness of the center lines is difficult to improve but it is common for even industrial floors to have this type of imperfection. I would not worry, I would leave it so in general it looks very good.
And the cracks you can try with a little more sand or marble dust and if not change the brand of white cement. A hug

Hello, river sand is used, beach sand contains salts that will affect the final piece. If you change the white cement for clay it becomes something else, ceramic, not traditional hydraulic tile.
