For the next ones, notice that by better retouching the cement with color you can prevent those small holes from the surface from appearing, then the sharpness of the image I like it to be without such defined lines but if you want the reason to be a little clearer, maybe You have to check the mold that does not support well or is too weak to support the mixture.
