@laura_hashimoto How are you? Wow! what an incredible version of the final project you have brought us.
Here we see how your fantastic style, along with a most interesting composition and a beautiful palette are combined in a magnificent image full of magic.
One point that I would like to emphasize is that you have been able to illustrate various "traditional" elements related to travel without being repetitive (such as Polaroids and "tourist spots" -Statue of Liberty, Pyramids and other elements that make up the background-) AND Not only that, but you have also been able to give this concept a twist and have presented it in a super imaginative way (Like our little protagonist flying on a sparrow) What an excellent idea !!!
I would also like to emphasize that I found the composition to be great. Taking a high point of view has allowed the young woman to be brought to the fore while adding other secondary elements. (Elements that help us build a story and tell us a little more about the story. -As is the case of parents waiting for their daughter-)
Finally, I would like to congratulate you for being attentive to the small details (Like adding small animals -such as the adorable octopus and the whale- and illustrating the smoke in the shape of a heart) I think that being attentive to these small points greatly enrich the setting Once some details become part of the artist's “style” :)
To be closing (Well I don't want to bore you with my endless texts) @laura_hashimoto I can't do anything but congratulate you for such an EXCELLENT WORK. You have been able to put everything you learned into this project. But above all, you have brought out your enormous talent and your incredible imagination.
@drawbunnydraw Graciaaaas!
What an illusion that you liked my final work! : D
If I'm honest I'm happy with the result. I like it and I will use this illustration for my portfolio.
The truth is that as you say I used quite a few typical elements of the trip, I am surprised that they have not been repeated too much in other illustrations hahaha to get a little out of the clichés I tried at least to give a little originality to the means of transport.
Thank you very much for your evaluation, you are always very positive. For the future I will try to practice and learn Illustrator because I love what you are able to do with this program.
Thanks again for everything!!
