Hi, Paco! First of all, congratulations on the work you've done! And thank you for sharing the final result with us!
It's wonderful to see how you apply the techniques and methods taught in the course to your work! As a teacher, I'm very happy ;) Thank you for your dedication and attention; they are two of the most important ingredients in the art world.
I would just like to advise you, if you allow me, to always let your work 'rest' for a few days or even weeks after finishing it. I always try to do it this way: with a fresh and 'rested' look, I often see that I have exaggerated in some aspects and I soften certain effects so that they do not stand out in the whole, but, being subtle, contribute to the overall task. Maybe it would be good to soften a little the effect of shadows and light (especially the contrasts on the face and the suit), if you like? The direction and volume you have marked are absolutely correct; I am referring specifically to the quantity: hide a little, make it more delicate.
Otherwise, excellent work! Congratulations!
I wish you the greatest success in the fascinating world of art. May you never lack inspiration or the desire to continue exploring and creating!
A big hug,
Alisa
Hi Alisa! I totally agree with your correction and thank you very much for telling me. This will allow me to improve. The truth is that I have really enjoyed your course and trying to follow each step of the process that you explained to me. I would really like to see your photographs in person one day and also meet you. Good luck to you with your career too. Thank you very much 😊 A big hug! Paco
