The variety of textures is very pleasing, from the cloudy sky to the distant background foliage with more dry strokes, to the soft grasses. I like what you did with the tree foliage too. Color mixing and values are working well and I like seeing the ways you changed some things to make this painting your own, even if it was based on the course project.
