Congratulations on completing the course and thanks for sharing your final project with the community.
This is such a gorgeous picture, I love the fact that the sea is taking up so much space and you have the plants in the foreground completely blurred, such a beautiful framing!
The only thing I'd like to mention is the horizon line. I personally think that the horizon line should always be perfectly horizontal, especially when photographing clear lines such as the sea. Even if you don't see the actual horizon line, you can look at the rock and the light waves on the sea and realise it's not perfectly horizontal. If not, I think the picture looks untidy, as if you hadn't taken the time to properly think about the composition. This is not a rule and you are free to tilt the horizon if you want to, but I recommend you tilt it considerably, so it's obvious it's an aesthetic choice and not an oversight.
