Final project: Sketchnoting – Communicate with Visual Notes

Here are my sketchnotes of our final project, the talk by Alice Benham that we sketched together in the video lessons.

This first image is the final sketchnote I did during filming the lesson.

I also want to share some 'behind the scenes' material so you can see how I prepared for filming the lesson.

After choosing the talk, I sketchnoted the video for the first time, without pausing, just capturing everything I found important. I ran out of space on my first paper, so I just added a second A4 sheet.

After the first test, I went through the talk in detail, thinking about the most important things I'd like to explain to you when sketchnoting the talk. Going through the content a second time gave me the possibility to give a little more structure to it and create a digital version (that I posted as well as the last image here), that helped me to talk about all the important points and decisions I made when filming the lesson for you.
