I really enjoyed this course and learnt so much about lettering that I hadn't picked up in other courses I'd viewed.

I chose the the title 'Dear Summer' as song by Jay-Z which was apt as at the time of starting the summer was just ending and Autumn was arriving. I began my final project in Procreate for convenience but switched to Illustrator which I preferred for gaining consistency in my letters.

Overall, I'm fairly happy. Lots to improve on ( flourishes, colours and composition) but time to move on to the next piece..

    Congratulations on your project Mark!
    Very cool to see the great evolution from the first sketches to the final project. I'm glad you had the courage to go to Illustrator, it's really a big step towards gaining consistency.
    I hope you enjoyed the course a lot and keep practicing and learning from the experience, each project is a chance to improve even more ;)
