I adopted a pattern from mitani.cs.tsukuba.ac.jp/dl/2011/column-2011mitani.pdfThe rounded folds were made with a rotary OLFA perforation cutter. I should have not be surprised by all of the leakage!The rounded dimples had a tendency to pop out, so I secured their convex position with some paper balls and tapeThis pattern required a lot of vertical compression. I pushed down (like an accordion) to get the geometry to really pop
wow! that geometry is so cool Lisa! well done with the pushing down and the tissue paper taped on to keep the form....that kind of low-tech solution is exactly what I would do.

@philcuttance Thanks, Phil! I also used a rotary scoring tool to score the curved areas — leaked like mad, haha! But the mold still worked out
