A strong set of images. If this is your beginning works the you have made a good start. The first image of Brit I am mixed about. The feel is good but the softer focus is not to my taste. For me it is missing a strong focal point that would make a stronger connection with the viewer. The second image of Brit I feel a better connection with the eyes in sharp focus. The other images show promise, but for me I do not feel the connection I try (and not always succeed) to achieve in my portrait work. I like the last image of Monika. Good contrast and shaping of the light. Overall though a good set of images.
I like the capture moment for the photo of Brit, although it is too much light on the left of the photo. I love the expression and moment for the Patrik's picture 1 when smiling and expression and capture of the headshot for Monica's photo is interesting and I like it, I would suggest to check the catch light on both eyes next time when shooting which in fact this is similar to other photos of this series missing or very low catch light comparing with eye vs the other, keep capturing the moment and expression! I love that.
