There are a lot of photos of this bird on the internet. Once I saw this one I made my choice on the weird pose. The picture quality is not that good, so I used some other random photos to check neck feathers.
As the habitat of the bird is Australia, I took Anigozanthos as the project plant.
Thank you so much for this wonderful course! Things are a lot easier when you have a teacher to guide you. I got a lot of fun and useful experience working on this project. I'll definitely continue working with that illustration technique.

Teacher PlusHi Ekaterina! first of all congratulations on completing the course, you achieved an extraordinary result. I love colors, they fully highlight the drawing and keep the analogous result. You did the whole process proposed in the course and that makes your project look more solid and with very good results. For future work you could reduce the pressure a little in some areas to generate a little light and that will help you with the volume, the texture you achieved perfectly. Thank you very much for sharing your project, I hope you enjoyed the course a lot and it can be useful for the future, you have a lot of talent for this technique and you showed it with this result.
