This is a proposal for a small apartment building that I made to a firm that I have done several jobs for. His main idea or requirement is that he wanted 3 levels and 4 departments per level, I also made several proposals with fewer and larger departments, this was the proposal that he liked the most. These departments are focused more than anything for the rent of students since they are located near several universities, the land is located in Juriquilla, Querétaro. Some details of the project still had to be refined and its construction was halted due to the pandemic and lack of liquidity, in theory we will execute it as soon as the lady has resources.
